Terms and Conditions

Queen B Travel advises Travelers to check the country's official page for entry requirements. Each Traveler is responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements. Queen B Travel will provide entry requirements to Trip Participants no more than six weeks before the trip departure date.

Queen B Travel will not provide refunds or transfers for any trip participant who fails to meet entry requirements for any reason. This includes but is not limited to an unwillingness to get vaccinated, inability to get a COVID test, positive COVID test results, etc.

Traveler grants Queen B Travel the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use social media posts of Traveler in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Queen B Travel before, during, and after such travel and activities. Traveler authorizes the Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, agents, and any other third parties working on the Company's behalf to copyright, use, and publish the photographs, videos, and social media posts in print and/or electronically. Companies may use videos, photos, or social media posts of Traveler with or without Traveler's name and for any lawful purposes, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, promotion, fund-raising, and social media/internet content. The Company is released from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with such content.

Traveler acknowledges she/he does not expect and will not receive financial compensation of any kind associated with the taking, publication, or other use of such photographs, videos, and social media posts. Traveler further releases Company, its employees, contractors, assignees, transferees, and any third parties acting on Company's behalf from any liability or claims by Traveler or any representative of Traveler, including those relating to the right of publicity or usage of Traveler's name, likeness, image, voice, or any other identifying trait.

All payments to Tammi Behlin d/b/a Queen B Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Queen B Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds without travel protection. All deposits are non-refundable whether travel protection is purchased or not. If you have purchased travel insurance, any amount paid over the initial deposit will be transferred to another vacation package, or a refund will be returned to the card on file.

Traveler understands that Queen B Travel offers travel services, events, and activities to customers, which separate and independent vendors provide. Queen B Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of these vendors. Hence, the customer understands and agrees that Queen B Travel is not responsible for any operating failure, delay, loss, damage, or injury to the Traveler or any resulting claims or damages arising as a result. Further, Queen B Travel does not and cannot guarantee a certain outcome or a particular result in conjunction with any travel, activities, or events arranged by the Company. While Queen B Travel will use its best professional efforts to achieve a successful outcome, we make no promise, warranty, or guarantee, either express or implied, as to a specific outcome or result or the expectation, perspective, or experience of Traveler.

All guests waive, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue Queen B Travel and its affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives of the successors for any injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. While at the resort, guests are solely responsible for any damages to the property and are solely responsible for returning the property to its original state.

Traveler agrees to abide by all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations in the countries of travel and residency, regardless of the length of time in said countries. If questioning, apprehension/arrest, detainment, punishment, or incarceration by lawful authorities occurs, Queen B Travel shall not be responsible or liable, either legally, financially, or otherwise, for Traveler's actions or release.

Travelers understand they are responsible for arriving on time for travel departure or the start of an event or activity. Queen B Travel assumes no responsibility, liability, or expense for Traveler's inability to travel or participate in any activity or event hosted by Queen B Travel due to insufficient, inaccurate, or expired travel, medical, and identifying documentation by Traveler or failure to arrive on time for travel departures or participation in events or activities for any reason, including those reasons that are out of the control of Traveler.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. The name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

I understand that I may see charges from Queen B Travel and their Travel Partners and that records will be provided to me to confirm that I submitted or authorized payment(s).

Forms are required for all roommates who plan to pay their own deposit and/or payments. Registration forms must be submitted within 24 hours of one another to secure a registration.

One person will be named the primary client on the booking, but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance.

In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change.

Traveler agrees that their safety is primarily their responsibility. Travelers agree to make sure that they know how to participate in activities safely and agree to observe any rules and practices employed to minimize the risk of injury. Traveler agrees to stop and seek assistance if they do not believe they can safely continue, limit their participation to reflect their fitness level, and refrain from any and all actions that would pose a hazard to Traveler or others. Traveler understands that, as with any physical activities, they should check with their doctor before embarking upon such activities to verify if they are medically able to participate in any activities. By signing this Travel Agreement form, Traveler acknowledges that they have checked with their doctor and been cleared for any activities they shall participate in. Queen B Travel bears no liability for any activity or outcome that may adversely affect the health or well-being of Traveler.

Traveler understands that upon submission of a chargeback for any portion of trip cost, Traveler terminates all business with Queen B Travel. Upon receipt of chargeback, the Company will terminate the Travelers trip. Win or lose, the Traveler forfeits their participation on the trip in which the chargeback was submitted for.

Travelers acknowledge that they have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the current Queen B Travel website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. Travelers are voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION. Travelers have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. Travelers are aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Queen B Travel and I agree of my own free will. By signing the trip registration upon booking this trip, Travelers agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Queen B Travel Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself and each member of my traveling party.

Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. If a change needs to be made after the final payment due date, there will be a $100 charge. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.

Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Tammi Behlin d/b/a Queen B Travel seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Tammi Behlin d/b/a Queen B Travel of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Tammi Behlin d/b/a Queen B Travel to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Tammi Behlin d/b/a Queen B Travel will endeavor to accommodate special access needs but does not guarantee that it will be able to do so in all cases.
